Last weekend at Void’s event with Ancient Methods (who was amazing by the way), Void member MHP handed me a cd of his latest ambient works. Entitled ‘The Day Of Perpetual Night’, the 4 part release was produced by MHP to accompany Yang YongLiang‘s latest works of the same name and was premiered at The Creators Project last weekend. I haven’t seen the exhibition, but the music MHP has made for it is stunning with deep, haunting synths and Vangelis’ style atmospherics. Im not sure where and if these are available, but if you can find a copy I’d definitely recommend picking one up.
