This months poster, designed by HR-FM from Yokohama – Japan, is probably one of the most popular we’ve done yet. When we found HR’s work online we immediately knew we had to get him to do an event poster for us, and we we’re very excited when he agreed to do it. We knew very little about the artist when we first discovered his work, but HR has exhibited around the US and Europe, as well as Japan, and has collaborated with artists such as Antidote favourite Mochipet.

‘After graduating from art school, I served as an art assistant and became a freelancer afterwards. ”The fossil which future people may dig” is an art concept I like to incorporate in my pieces. By pairing incompatible time bases to create scenes I call “the future past”, I express both surprise and recollection’ – HR-FM
